Your Responsibilities-
Team Leadership & Coaching
Develop and lead a hybrid team through regular touchpoints, coaching, and individual support to foster both professional and personal growth. -
Operational Excellence
Ensure efficient, structured, and high-quality processes across Customer Success and Account Management. -
Customer Retention & Relationships
Build and strengthen long-term customer relationships by maintaining a strong customer focus and empowering your team to act as trusted advisors. -
Process Optimization
Identify opportunities for improvement and implement optimizations together with your team. -
Stakeholder Management
Collaborate closely with Product, Operations, and other internal stakeholders, and proactively share relevant customer and market insights.
