Step into a leadership role within a team that delivers real customer success while embracing modern, supportive leadership principles. Your Responsibilities
  • Team Leadership & Coaching
    Develop and lead a hybrid team through regular touchpoints, coaching, and individual support to foster both professional and personal growth.

  • Operational Excellence
    Ensure efficient, structured, and high-quality processes across Customer Success and Account Management.

  • Customer Retention & Relationships
    Build and strengthen long-term customer relationships by maintaining a strong customer focus and empowering your team to act as trusted advisors.

  • Process Optimization
    Identify opportunities for improvement and implement optimizations together with your team.

  • Stakeholder Management
    Collaborate closely with Product, Operations, and other internal stakeholders, and proactively share relevant customer and market insights.

Your profile

  • Customer Success / Account Management
    Several years of experience working with B2B customers, ideally in a SaaS or software environment.

  • Leadership Skills
    Initial leadership experience or a strong ambition to successfully lead and develop a hybrid team both professionally and personally.

  • Retention Mindset
    A solid understanding of customer retention as a key driver of sustainable success.

  • Way of Working
    Structured, solution-oriented mindset and a confident approach in dynamic environments.

  • Communication
    Very strong written and verbal communication skills in both German and English.

As a account manager, I support the account management team of the DACH market as a kind of "special force" and work independently on various projects that make the account managers' daily work easier.
