From our office in the iconic A’DAM Tower in Amsterdam, overlooking the IJ, you will be part of a international team for the UK, Benelux and Nordics, which is based in Amsterdam. The team has grown from just a few colleagues to almost 50 in five years, large enough to be professional and international, yet small enough to truly know each other and celebrate success together. Across Europe, we work with more than 700 colleagues across six offices.

To strengthen our international sales organisation, we are looking for a Senior Sales Executive, based in Amsterdam, focusing on large e-commerce accounts in the UK, Denmark and Sweden (Nordics).

As a Senior Sales Executive you will be responsible for:

  • Solution‑selling approach – you work relationship‑based and apply a consultative, solution‑selling method tailored to complex and large e‑commerce organisations

  • Full sales cycle ownership – you guide prospects from first contact through qualification, registration and successful contract closure

  • Acquisition of major e‑commerce clients – you focus on winning large online retailers across the UK and Nordics, building long‑term trusted relationships during the acquisition phase

  • Deep discovery and tailored solutions – you engage closely with prospects to understand their challenges and translate their needs into customised Trusted Shops solutions that drive trust and conversion

  • Cross‑border collaboration and representation – you collaborate with European teams to ensure a strong customer experience and represent Trusted Shops in meetings, events and industry initiatives

Your profile

  • Several years of experience in a B2B sales role within Tech / SaaS with a strong track record of meeting and exceeding commercial targets

  • Proven experience in managing and growing larger or more complex customer accounts

  • Experience with consultative or solution-based selling

  • Willingness to travel approximately 20% of the time, including to other European countries when required

  • Fluent English (written and spoken) is essential. Knowledge of Swedish and/or Danish is a strong plus

  • At least 3 years of professional experience in one of the following markets:

    o   The United Kingdom, or

    o   Denmark, or

    o   Sweden
