We are looking for a Customer Success Team Lead to onboard, structure, and grow an existing team in France, while managing performance in a key phase of development. This strategic role directly impacts customer satisfaction, retention, and long-term value creation.

Lead and inspire a team of Customer Success Managers, by defining and achieving clear KPIs, oriented towards usage and rapid adoption of our solution

Support the team daily through operational coaching (before/after client meetings), regular performance reviews, and concrete and measurable action plans, to achieve individual and collective objectives

Ensure continuous operational excellence and a premium, value-driven customer experience across the portfolio

Deploy and test new strategies, customer approaches, and processes, measure their impact on the ground, and adjust quickly to maximize results

Actively contribute to the growth and structuring of the team, from onboarding new talent to working closely with other international Team Leads
