Your responsiblities

  • Take ownership of a portfolio of small to mid-sized online shops (Tech Touch), managing day-to-day customer needs.

  • Proactively identify opportunities to improve customer performance and implement tailored expansion strategies.

  • Develop accounts strategically and commercially, negotiating confidently to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes.

  • Work closely with internal teams, including Sales, Legal, and Product, to ensure coordinated support and smooth execution.  

  • Collaborate with a dedicated Customer Success Manager to maximize client retention and long-term success.

Your profile

  • Demonstrated experience in proactive B2B account management, ideally in SaaS or tech-driven environments. 

  • Proven ability to manage large client portfolios, up to 1,000 accounts, balancing day-to-day support with long-term strategic planning.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, paired with a customer-centric mindset and hands-on approach.

  • Analytical and strategic thinker with a natural sales instinct and persuasive ability.

  • Passion for e-commerce and digital technologies, with practical experience using CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce).

  • Fluent Dutch and highly proficient in English.

As a account manager, I support the account management team of the DACH market as a kind of "special force" and work independently on various projects that make the account managers' daily work easier.
