Your responsiblities

Take ownership of a portfolio of small to mid-sized online shops (Tech Touch), managing day-to-day customer needs.

Proactively identify opportunities to improve customer performance and implement tailored expansion strategies.

Develop accounts strategically and commercially, negotiating confidently to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes.

Work closely with internal teams, including Sales, Legal, and Product, to ensure coordinated support and smooth execution.

Collaborate with a dedicated Customer Success Manager to maximize client retention and long-term success.
