Your Impact:  

As a Senior Sales Manager, you'll put your SaaS, digital marketing, and e-commerce know-how to work where it counts: winning new business and driving real B2B sales results. With a sharp focus on acquiring new customers and a structured approach to the sales cycle, you’ll play a key role in fueling our company’s growth. Engaging with clients across a wide range of industries, you’ll confidently introduce our platform to mid-sized and high growth businesses - helping them unlock their full growth potential.

  • Understand customer needs by analyzing their business challenges – and use AI-driven insights to present tailored, value-adding solutions. 

  • Own the full new business cycle – from identifying and approaching qualified leads to closing deals and handing over seamlessly to our Account Management team. 

  • Expand your reach through cold calling, email outreach, LinkedIn networking, event participation, and other prospecting channels. 

  • Manage a strong pipeline of qualified leads and opportunities, ensuring consistent momentum and measurable results. 

  • Pitch our SaaS solutions to mid-sized and high growth businesses across various industry verticals – via video calls, phone, email, or on-site meetings when needed. 

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, partnerships, account management, and customer success to deliver a customer-first experience and help shape a digital world people can trust. 

  • Engage e-commerce decision-makers and build compelling cases for partnering with Trusted Shops. 

  • Actively contribute to lead definition, qualification, and acquisition – bringing your insights and creativity to the table. 

Your profile

  • 3+ years of sales experience in the SaaS industry or in selling complex, consultative digital products or software solutions. 

  • Deep understanding of e-commerce platforms and a strong grasp of the SaaS landscape – you know the market and the players. 

  • Proven track record in sales, with experience managing diverse deals and stakeholders across the pipeline – from mid-sized clients to fast-growing enterprises. 

  • Proactive and results-driven mindset – you're motivated by success, learn from setbacks, and continuously strive to improve. 

  • Exceptional communication skills, quick thinking, and a strategic approach to navigating complex sales conversations. 

  • Collaborative team player, able to work effectively with internal teams and build strong relationships with prospects and clients. 

  • Highly motivated and target-oriented, with the ability to not just meet but regularly exceed ambitious sales goals. 

  • Fluency in German and English (spoken and written) – you communicate confidently and professionally in both languages, especially in negotiation and client-facing situations.

As a account manager, I support the account management team of the DACH market as a kind of "special force" and work independently on various projects that make the account managers' daily work easier. From the very beginning, I have been given a high amount of personal responsibility and trust. Trust is not just something that is said lapidary, but is lived throughout the entire company.
