After the customer’s onboarding, you will guide online shops on their journey with our SaaS solutions, ensuring they unlock the full value of our products. You are the trusted partner who turns products into real results – building loyalty and long-term relationships that truly matter.

Ownership & Strategic Portfolio Management: You will own and manage your portfolio of B2B customers, proactively driving product adoption and performance optimization for online shops.

Primary Point of Contact: Through regular and proactive communication (calls, meetings), expert advice, and continuous support, you will strengthen and develop long-term customer relationships.

Identifying Growth Opportunities: You will spot potential for further growth within your customers and strategically position TRSTD technologies to achieve their goals together.

Voice of the Customer: Share insights and feedback from your portfolio with key stakeholders (Product, Marketing, Legal, Operations) to help shape solutions that meet real customer needs.
