What You'll Do

Ownership & Strategic Account Development: Manage a portfolio of small to mid-sized online shops and identify opportunities for growth.

Value Creation: Proactively identify opportunities to improve customer performance and implement tailored expansion strategies.

Building Strong Partnerships: Develop accounts strategically and commercially, prepare customised recommendations, and nurture long-term, trust-based relationships to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including Sales, Legal, and Product, to ensure coordinated support to deliver a seamless experience for your customers.

Data-Driven Decision Making: Collaborate with a dedicated Customer Success Manager using insights and metrics to maximize client retention and long-term success.
