For this position, we are looking for someone based in the Paris area, with bi-weekly travel to our Lille office (once every two weeks, on average).

To strengthen our French market presence, we are looking for a Partner Manager France (full-time).
As Partner Manager, you will be responsible for developing and managing strategic partnerships in France, driving revenue growth, and strengthening Trusted Shops’ visibility within the French ecosystem.
You will act as the key point of contact for our partners, ensuring long-term collaboration, commercial performance, and mutual value creation.
Tasks

Partner Relationship Management & Network Expansion – You manage and develop relationships with existing partners (e.g. agencies) while driving the expansion of the agency and affiliate partner network.

Revenue Growth & Upselling Strategy – You identify upselling opportunities and implement initiatives to maximize partner performance and revenue growth.

Affiliate Marketing Optimization – You optimize and continuously evolve the affiliate marketing strategy through data analysis, performance monitoring, and adoption of industry trends and best practices.

Cross-functional Collaboration – You collaborate closely with customer-facing and marketing teams to ensure strategic alignment, partner success, and integrated campaign execution.
