For our growing Enterprise business, we are rethinking Sales Development: more strategic, data-driven, and AI-powered. This is not a traditional SDR role focused on volume. It is a modern, impact-driven sales role centered on strategic prospecting with high relevance and long-term business impact.
Your Impact
At the core of this role is building a high-quality enterprise pipeline and developing new entry points into complex organizations. Together with Sales, Marketing, and our AI team, you will create scalable outbound strategies for sustainable growth.

Build strategic pipeline: Identify and develop enterprise opportunities (companies with €1bn+ revenue) across industries such as E-Commerce, Retail, Automotive, Banking, Insurance, and Energy.

Leverage AI effectively: Use AI-powered tools, workflows, and data models to make prospecting, personalization, and outreach more efficient, targeted, and relevant.

Engage decision-makers: Build relationships with stakeholders across Marketing, CX, CRM, Digital, and E-Commerce — from operational teams up to C-level executives.

Understand and qualify needs: Through strategic discovery conversations, identify challenges, priorities, and opportunities for long-term collaboration.

Shape collaboration: Work closely with Sales, Marketing, and the AI team to continuously improve outbound strategies and scale successful approaches.
