Do you have the mindset of a closer and the energy to win new clients? 
To strengthen our presence in the Italian market, we are looking for a Senior Sales Consultant who loves to sell, knows how to listen, and never settles for “almost.” Here, you'll find a team that runs alongside you, a clear mission, and all the support you need to turn every contact into a successful partnership.

  • New customer acquisition (B2B) – Contact potential business partners through cold calls, aiming to generate new sales opportunities in the Italian market.

  • Needs analysis and personalized consulting – Understand the potential customers' needs and present tailored solutions, highlighting the advantages of Trusted Shops’ services (e.g., Trustmark, reviews, buyer protection).

  • Managing the entire sales cycle – Handle every stage of the negotiation, from lead qualification to the offer presentation, negotiation, and closing the deal.

  • Collaboration with internal teams (Account Manager, Customer Success, etc.) – Coordinate with other departments to ensure a smooth transition after the sale and provide feedback to improve the acquisition funnel.

  • Achieving and exceeding sales targets – Monitor your performance using KPIs and CRM, focusing on tangible results and sustainable growth of your customer portfolio.

Your profile

  • At least 2 years of experience in a sales role with cold calling in the SaaS sector

  • You stand out for your enthusiasm for sales and ambition, you not only want to meet targets but exceed them

  • You are fluent in Italian (C2/native) and have an intermediate English (at least B1)

  • You are particularly attracted to the e-commerce sector and have a good understanding of it

  • You manage and develop commercial relationships with your clients

  • You have the team spirit, motivation, and passion for success in a dynamic and international environment

  • You are permanently located in Lille

As a account manager, I support the account management team of the DACH market as a kind of "special force" and work independently on various projects that make the account managers' daily work easier.
