In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating multiple projects and initiatives within the Trusted Shops company roadmap, ensuring they align with our strategic objectives and are delivered efficiently and effectively.
You will play a crucial role in facilitating communication from the Executive Leaderhip teams across departments, optimizing processes, and driving the successful completion of projects. Your leadership will be instrumental in enhancing our offerings and customer satisfaction, by effectively bridging gaps between various functions and ensuring cohesive progress towards our common goals.
Responsibilities
- Program strategies - Develop and implement program strategies that align with the company's objectives and be able to recommend improvements for future projects.
- Work with our Executive Leadership Team - Be the liaison agent between ELT's and all the teams within the company
- Manage program budgets and resources - Optimize allocation to achieve project goals.
- Deal with an appropriate toolbox - Apply your comprehensive toolbox of project-orientated techniques and methods, starting from goal setting to project reviews.
- Monitor program processes - Monitor and report on program progress, challenges, and successes to stakeholders. And be able to implement risk management strategies and minimize project delays and cost overruns.
