What You'll Do

Take ownership of a portfolio of small to mid-sized online shops (Tech Touch), managing day-to-day customer needs - a fundamental responsibility for success in this role.

Proactively identify opportunities to improve customer performance and implement tailored expansion strategies - essential for driving measurable growth.

Develop accounts strategically and commercially, negotiating confidently to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes - critical for business success and client satisfaction.

Work closely with internal teams, including Sales, Legal, and Product, to ensure coordinated support and smooth execution - important for delivering a seamless customer experience.
