Sales Executive (f/m/d) | B2B SaaS | E-Commerce

As a Sales Executive, you'll join us in a permanent hybrid role based in Cologne or Berlin, guiding businesses through the entire sales cycle—from the first conversation to a successful close.

Trust is one of the most important growth drivers in e-commerce. As a Sales Executive, you'll help businesses turn trust into a competitive advantage. Through a consultative sales approach, you'll enable online shops to grow sustainably while creating safer shopping experiences for their customers. Along the way, you'll become part of an international team of 700+ colleagues supporting 25,000+ online shops and 40+ million consumers across our Community of Trust.

  • End-to-End Sales Ownership: Take full ownership of the sales process—from prospecting and first outreach to discovery, solution presentations, commercial negotiations and successful deal closure. You'll manage every stage of the sales cycle with a strong focus on delivering long-term customer value.

  • Customer Value: Lead proactive conversations and discovery calls to understand your customers' business goals and challenges. Working collaboratively with prospects, you'll develop tailored Trusted Shops solutions that create measurable business impact and support sustainable growth.

  • Build Long-Term Customer Relationships: Prepare tailored commercial proposals, manage follow-ups throughout the decision-making process and establish trusted relationships with decision-makers through a consultative and customer-centric sales approach.

  • Drive Pipeline Excellence: Manage your sales activities independently while maintaining accurate opportunities, forecasts and customer interactions in Salesforce. A healthy, transparent pipeline is the foundation for predictable and sustainable sales success.

  • Collaborate Across International Teams: Share your ideas, best practices and experience while working closely with colleagues across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success and other international teams. Together, you'll continuously improve the way we sell and support our customers.

Your profile

  • Passion for New Business: You enjoy identifying new opportunities, winning new customers and building long-term business relationships. Helping businesses succeed through the right solutions motivates you every day.

  • Experience in B2B-Sales: Prospecting, cold outreach, discovery calls and consultative selling of digital or technology-driven solutions are a natural part of your sales toolkit.

  • Consultative Selling Expertise: You're confident applying modern sales methodologies throughout the entire sales cycle—from structured discovery and needs analysis to objection handling, commercial negotiations and closing.

  • Ownership & Team-Oriented Mindset: You combine a structured and self-driven way of working with curiosity, continuous learning and the desire to contribute to your team's success.

  • Communication Skills: Fluent communication in German (spoken and written) with customers across the DACH market and feel comfortable collaborating in English within an international business environment.
