Certification Online-Shops Expert Poland (Part-time, 2 years replacement contract)

Do you want to be part of this team?

Then you are the interface to our customers and look after online shops in the course of a comprehensive inspection process. Why do we do this? To make online shopping safer.

Your focus will be on the Polish-speaking market with the option of supporting other EU markets. In detail, you check new and existing customers according to quality criteria based on legal pillars. In this function, you recommend and coordinate suitable measures to improve the quality of online shops from a customers and an experts point of view.

About work:

• Independent coordination and support of the audit process

• In self-dependence, you process all relevant aspects of the certification being the interface to the customer

• You will be a competent contact person for the client at all times

• Support in partly interdisciplinary projects

• Continuous support and exchange with other company departments

• Successfully completed studies, ideally but not necessarily with a legal or business background

• Ability to work in a team, open to innovation, development and process optimization

• You have native level of Polish and are proficient in English language. The knowledge of another language (at least B2 level), either Italian, French or German, will be strongly weighted in your favor.

• Your work is characterized by strong communication skills and commitment

• Very good knowledge of MS Office as well as fundamental technical understanding and enthusiasm for modern web technologies
