Your Mission, as a Revenue Enablement Team Lead for Existing Business (Account Management), is to design and execute scalable enablement programs that empower Account Manager Leaders to coach their teams effectively. You empower a high-performing team and foster a culture of continuous learning among AM Team Leads for lasting impact 

 

Using a Train-the-Trainer approach, you will equip Team Leads with the right tools, methodologies, and best practices to secure customers renewals and to maximize upselling opportunities.  

Revenue enablement drives business growth by improving renewal rates, upsell revenue, and customer retention while seamlessly integrating into daily workflows through coaching and data-driven resources. 

  

  • Create business impact – your training programs align with revenue company goals to maximize our customer retention strategies. 

  • Enablement Strategy & Execution – you will ensure the Account Managers TL’s will coach effectively their teams to improve the customer retention rate and retention. 

  • Content Development & Delivery – you Create and deliver effective, engaging training that's easy to access and improves the Account Management team's skills 

  • Collaboration & Stakeholder Management – you work closely with department such as Sales, CSM, Product, and Marketing and present enablement impact and recommendations to C-Levels 

  • Project Management – you lead and execute key enablement projects to equip your Revenue Enablement Team for Account Management with the tools, skills, and resources to successfully implement and scale revenue enablement initiatives. 

Your profile

  • 2+ years in leadership roles, preferably distributed teams   

  • 4+ years in Account Management roles, especially in SaaS, e-commerce, or digital platforms 

  • Proven Revenue Enablement track record on enablement strategies that have improved business KPIs such as renewal rates, upsell revenue, and customer retention.  

  • Project management experience in a cross-functional team – management stakeholders of different levels 

  • Fluent in English (German or any other European language is a plus)

HubSpot: We use HubSpot as the main marketing touchpoint and CRM solution with a focus on (but not exclusively) new business: hosting of website, blog and landing pages as well as newsletters and marketing automation campaigns. As a result, it is synchronised with our CRM system Salesforce and other connected tools to deliver data, mainly on inbound leads. 

Outreach: In order to make our outbound sales process as automated and therefore as efficient as possible, we have integrated Outreach as a state-of-the-art sales engagement CTI solution that is very closely interlinked with our core CRM system. 

Salesforce: Salesforce, as a highly scalable and customisable SaaS solution, is used as our central CRM application. It is tightly integrated with some third-party solutions as well as numerous internal applications. 

Zuora: We use Zuora, one of the industry’s leading subscription management platforms, to have a single point of truth for all contract, billing and payment-related processes.
