As a proactive sparring partner, you will be a business partner for our units (e.g. HR, Product Development/IT, Sales/Operations) as well as the face and number one contact person for the BU Heads in all financial and business management issues. You analyze and evaluate our activities from the perspective of the business units and thus form the basis for strategic and operational decisions. You will lead the team with the existing employees and be responsible for the further expansion and development of the team.
We are looking for you to support the further development of existing controlling processes and structures, reports and finance-oriented management tools, using your methodological knowledge to enable our business unit heads in the best possible way in all finance-oriented processes, such as planning or forecasting. In this way, you will make a significant contribution to the strategic growth of Trusted Shops AG.
- Proactive sparring partner for the operational and strategic decision-makers in the business units (unit heads)
- Analyzing, commenting and reporting on business development and financial statements, preparing target/actual comparisons and variance analyses from the perspective of the business units
- Team leadership of the Business Unit Controlling team (partly remote). Leading team meetings, further development of team members, responsibility for the search, selection, recruitment and induction of new employees (recruiting)
- Successful collaboration with key stakeholders from our business units:
- Shaping collaboration with internal interfaces such as New Business Sales, Account Management, Customer Success the ACT Heads, HR/People, or the Central Units
- Responsibility for the timely and quality-assured forecasting and planning process from the perspective of the business units
- Participation/support in projects (internal & external finance)
- Processing of ad-hoc evaluations (e.g. competitive analyses) for the Director Controlling, the CFO and the other management team
