As a System Administrator (f/m/d) at Trusted Shops, you will be part of our Platform Operations department, which is responsible for systems such as Salesforce, Zuora, HubSpot etc. We are currently looking for a new colleague to be part of our newly created Support team.

Your Key Responsibilities as a System Administrator (f/m/d):

You will be the cornerstone of our end-user support ensuring smooth and fast resolution of daily support requests and smaller system and process improvements. And by this ultimately creating great customer experience

You will implement a variety of technical requests ranging from user creation and permission adjustments to investigating complex process failures and system integration issues

You create a positive and solution-oriented communication atmosphere with your stakeholders while considering to the defined standard processes and resolution guidelines

You are encouraged to take over responsibility as quickly as possible with the chance to proactively drive technical improvements and system enhancements.

A Typical Day as a System Administrator at Trusted Shops:

Start your day by setting up your remote workspace or adjusting your desk at the office

Get together in daily check-ins with our team to coordinate resolution of incoming support requests based on urgency or impact and align on potential incidents

Work independently on solving requests varying from simple user access management to cross-system process failures and data inconsistencies

Do a brainstorming or debugging session with your colleagues on a recent support request that turned out to be a rather complex bug and summarize your findings in a nutshell

Enjoy a flexible lunch break, whether it’s a home-cooked meal or a casual outing with colleagues at nearby restaurants

Review recent process failures and technical errors to ensure operations stability and performance. Derive actions from this for your team or as improvements for system-owning teams

Update or extend relevant documentation independently or initiate documentation reworks in other teams to ensure fast and reliable request handling for our end-users
