We are looking for a Senior Product Manager (f/m/d) for our Core Services team (fixed-term for 17 months) — someone who thrives in technically complex environments, enjoys learning about backend systems, and is eager to enable other product teams to build and scale products efficiently. Your Key Responsibilities as Senior Product Manager (f/m/d):
As Senior Product Manager for Core Services, you will define the long-term vision and strategy for foundational backend capabilities that power multiple products. You will work closely with engineering, data, and stakeholders across product teams to ensure our platform is reliable, scalable, and delivers measurable value for the company.

Own shared platform services and core system capabilities, such as backend frameworks, APIs, authentication & authorization, and user/permission management.

Ensure the performance, scalability, and reliability of platform services across all products.

Define and maintain cross-product technical standards to enable consistent and efficient development across product teams.

Collaborate closely with dependent product teams to understand their needs and prioritize platform initiatives that deliver maximum impact.

Translate technical KPIs (e.g., system performance, uptime, scalability) into business value and communicate implications to stakeholders.

Work with your Group Product Manager to align on roadmap, dependencies, and company-wide technical strategy.

Drive strategic decisions around technical capabilities, trade-offs, and service improvements while balancing long-term scalability with immediate business needs.
