Together with the Marketing and Sales teams, you will be responsible for driving scalable revenue growth through data-driven paid acquisition strategies across multiple digital channels. You will own the commercial performance of paid campaigns with a strong focus on customer acquisition, pipeline generation, ROI, and measurable business impact. You will continuously identify opportunities to improve campaign efficiency, optimize conversion performance, and scale successful initiatives while taking a leading role in implementing growth-focused marketing strategies.

Your Key Responsibilities:

Paid Acquisition Management: You take ownership of planning, launching, optimizing, and scaling multi-channel paid campaigns across platforms such as Google, LinkedIn, and Meta. You continuously monitor performance and ensure campaigns deliver strong ROI and revenue impact.

Performance Optimization: You analyze campaign, funnel, and conversion data to identify growth opportunities and optimization potential. Based on insights, you implement data-driven measures to improve customer acquisition efficiency and overall marketing performance.

Attribution & Reporting: You build and maintain robust reporting, attribution, and experimentation frameworks using tools such as GA4, Tag Manager, and Looker Studio. You transform complex performance data into actionable business insights and recommendations.

Revenue Growth Focus: You understand the goals and challenges of modern B2B and SaaS businesses and align paid marketing activities with revenue-driving objectives. You proactively identify scalable growth opportunities and test new acquisition strategies.

Internal Collaboration: You work closely with Sales, Marketing Operations, and Content teams to ensure high-quality lead generation, strong campaign execution, and measurable business growth. You collaborate cross-functionally to align acquisition strategies with broader company objectives.
