Home of our Organic Marketing function is the Marketing Department, where we drive sustainable growth for Trusted Shops' B2B business through SEO and emerging AI search channels. As part of a cross-functional team, you will work closely with Product, Engineering, Content, and Sales to maximize the visibility and discoverability of Trusted Shops and its merchants across traditional search engines and AI-driven search environments. Your success will be measured by the impact of organic and direct traffic on pipeline and revenue, as well as by improving brand and merchant visibility across Google and emerging AI platforms (LLMs).

Your Key Responsibilities:

Organic Growth Strategy & Execution: You own our B2B SEO and organic growth strategy across the buyer journey, driving organic traffic, conversion optimization, and pipeline and revenue growth.

Technical SEO & Website Performance: You optimize crawlability, indexing, site architecture, Core Web Vitals, and structured data, partnering with Product and Engineering teams to deliver scalable SEO improvements.

Generative Engine Optimization (GEO): You increase the visibility of Trusted Shops and its merchants across AI-generated search results and LLMs by monitoring AI citations, brand mentions, and discoverability opportunities.

Analytics & Performance Reporting: You build reporting frameworks and dashboards using GA4, Google Search Console, Looker Studio, and SEO tools, turning performance data into actionable business insights.

Internal Collaboration: You collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, Content, and Marketing teams to implement SEO initiatives and align organic growth strategies with business goals.
