As Process Lead you are accountable for designing, governing, and continuously improving a defined end-to-end business process (e.g., Lead-to-Opportunity, Order-to-Cash). You ensure the process delivers strategic impact through clear ownership, stakeholder alignment, and measurable results.
This is a Germany-based position.

As a Process Lead you will be responsible for:
Business Process Ownership – Own, manage, and continuously evolve a cross-functional business process within Trusted Shops’ Standard Operating Model, ensuring alignment with defined KPIs, compliance standards, and documentation practices.
Workflow Analysis & Optimization – Analyze existing workflows, identify inefficiencies, and implement improvements to streamline operations and enhance business value.
System Integration & Performance Monitoring – Translate business needs into system configurations (e.g., Salesforce, Zuora) in coordination with Tech teams, while monitoring performance through defined metrics and business impact indicators.
Stakeholder Alignment – Collaborate with key departments (e.g., Sales, Tech, Customer Success, Account Management, Enablement, Finance, Legal) to define process requirements, roles, and target outcomes across the organization.
Documentation & Change Enablement – Maintain accurate process documentation (SOPs, process maps) and support adoption through structured change initiatives, training materials, and cross-functional enablement.
