Your duties

Trusted Shops develops SaaS solutions for over 30 million users and 30.000 companies all over Europe. Our product suite includes products such as the Trustmark, buyer protection and the experience feedback platform eTrusted. With our products we pursue the mission to enable trust between people and businesses in the digital age over the last 20 years.  

As Process Lead you are accountable for designing, governing, and continuously improving a defined end-to-end business process (e.g., Lead-to-Opportunity, Order-to-Cash). You ensure the process delivers strategic impact through clear ownership, stakeholder alignment, and measurable results.

This is a Germany-based position.

As a Process Lead you will be responsible for:
Business Process Ownership – Own, manage, and continuously evolve a cross-functional business process within Trusted Shops’ Standard Operating Model, ensuring alignment with defined KPIs, compliance standards, and documentation practices.
Workflow Analysis & Optimization – Analyze existing workflows, identify inefficiencies, and implement improvements to streamline operations and enhance business value.
System Integration & Performance Monitoring – Translate business needs into system configurations (e.g., Salesforce, Zuora) in coordination with Tech teams, while monitoring performance through defined metrics and business impact indicators.

Stakeholder Alignment – Collaborate with key departments (e.g., Sales, Tech, Customer Success, Account Management, Enablement, Finance, Legal) to define process requirements, roles, and target outcomes across the organization.
Documentation & Change Enablement – Maintain accurate process documentation (SOPs, process maps) and support adoption through structured change initiatives, training materials, and cross-functional enablement.

Your profile

  • 5+ years in process ownership, business operations, or transformation roles, ideally in a SaaS or cross-functional B2B environment.

  • Proven success in leading process improvements across sales, customer success or related functions.

  • Strong experience in project management and cross-functional collaboration.

  • Familiarity with enterprise tools (Salesforce, Zuora, HubSpot, etc.) and their role in business process execution.

  • Excellent German (C1) and English (C1) language skills are required.

HubSpot: We use HubSpot as the main marketing touchpoint and CRM solution with a focus on (but not exclusively) new business: hosting of website, blog and landing pages as well as newsletters and marketing automation campaigns. As a result, it is synchronised with our CRM system Salesforce and other connected tools to deliver data, mainly on inbound leads. 

Outreach: In order to make our outbound sales process as automated and therefore as efficient as possible, we have integrated Outreach as a state-of-the-art sales engagement CTI solution that is very closely interlinked with our core CRM system. 

Salesforce: Salesforce, as a highly scalable and customisable SaaS solution, is used as our central CRM application. It is tightly integrated with some third-party solutions as well as numerous internal applications. 

Zuora: We use Zuora, one of the industry’s leading subscription management platforms, to have a single point of truth for all contract, billing and payment-related processes.
