Trusted Shops is hiring its first GTM Program Manager (internally called Business Readiness Manager) to help the organization prepare for and adopt strategic cross-functional initiatives - especially in fast-evolving areas like Salesforce development, customer lifecycle automation, and process transformation across our Sales and Customer Success teams.
In this high-impact role, you'll act as the bridge between strategy and execution, partnering with Product, Revenue Enablement, RevOps, and Field Leadership to ensure that people, processes, and systems are aligned before any major rollout. You’ll own readiness planning, reduce adoption risks, and ensure that new tools, processes, and ways of working land smoothly and stick.
What You Will Do
-
Drive complex cross-team rollouts: Coordinate projects that span multiple roles (Sales, AM, CSM) and regions (DACH, INT), making sure all stakeholders are aligned and timelines are met.
-
Translate business goals into rollout plans: Turn ideas like new dashboards, discount rules, or feature launches into clear rollout plans with defined tasks, owners, and communication steps.
-
Connect the dots between teams: Work closely with Revenue Operations, Tech Support, Enablement, and ACT teams to ensure projects run smoothly — from early scoping to rollout.
-
Support field enablement with structure: Help Enablement Leads by aligning training timelines, preparing guidance, and ensuring consistency across related training initiatives.
-
Manage change in tools and processes: Coordinate with tech and Salesforce teams to reflect new sales processes, rules, or methods in the systems reps use every day.
What Success Looks Like
-
Deliver 2–3 high-impact GTM initiatives per quarter: Lead programs that close the strategy-to-execution gap - such as launching a cross-regional renewal dashboard, co-coordinating Free Accounts support rollout to international markets, etc.
-
Drive adoption and clarity in the field: Ensure 80%+ of ACT members feel confident applying new tools or processes you helped roll out — measured through feedback surveys, workshop attendance, and direct feedback on monthly Business Readiness Meeting.
