Home of our product development is the Products & Engineering department, which consists of 14 cross-functional product teams across 3 product domains, working in an agile environment.
We are looking for a Group Product Manager (f/m/d) for our Consumer Domain (B2C) who thrive in a creative and dynamic environment. The ideal candidate is passionate about shaping our product strategy, advancing our mission, and finds fulfillment in guiding and aligning product managers in our B2C-focussed product teams towards achieving our goals.
What your role is about:
- Strategic Leadership: As integral part of the domain leadership team, you will define and lead the direction of the domain. You will ensure the product teams inside the domain are united by a shared mission.
- Product Alignment and Coaching: As Group Product Manager (f/m/d) you support, align, and coach all Product Managers (f/m/d) within your domain. You are instrumental in implementing the domain’s strategic direction, ensuring it aligns with the overarching company strategy and our product portfolio.
- Holistic Product View: You will maintain a holistic view of our products, defining domain goals and priorities. Your role is crucial in achieving set goals through professional orientation and strategic sparring for the Product Managers (f/m/d) in your domain.
- Holistic Customer Journey Focus: Cultivate a seamless and harmonious product experience by strategically aligning and integrating the various elements of our offerings. Your role is pivotal in ensuring that all Product Managers (f/m/d) within your domain work collaboratively to build a cohesive customer journey that resonates with our users and supports our business objectives.
- Customer-Centric Approach: Your methods are rooted in customer-centricity, seeking out and amplifying the customer voice as a key driver in product development. You understand the importance of balancing customer wins with business objectives, striving to satisfy both continuously.
- Empowerment and Collaboration: Strengthen the autonomy of Product Managers (f/m/d) by being the main contact for cross-functional collaboration and ensuring consistency in product development practices. Promote stronger collaboration between product teams, aiming for organizational autonomy and team-level empowerment.
- Leading by functional Authority: In our matrix organization, you'll exercise leadership through your expertise and professional authority, guiding product strategies and aligning teams without direct disciplinary control. This role emphasizes the power of strategic vision and collaborative influence, creating a dynamic environment where cross-functional partnerships and expertise-driven leadership thrive.
