You are the contact person for the customer reviews of the Community of Trust and are responsible for checking reported reviews

You advise and support companies in the optimal handling of reviews

You are also the contact person if end customers have questions about their reviews

You support and advise our B2B and B2C customers by providing support in the ticket system, by telephone in German and English, as well as in another European foreign language (if knowledge is available)

You are responsible for data preparation and maintenance in our systems
