To strengthen our growth in the Benelux market, we are looking for a driven Account Manager who is ready to make an impact.
Your role
As Account Manager Benelux, you will be responsible for the management and growth of a customer portfolio. You advise webshops on their possibilities, identify opportunities and ensure contract extensions and expansion of our services. You are driven by the success of your customers and know exactly how to support them optimally.
Your responsibilities

Negotiation & relationship management: You are an experienced interlocutor and know how to seize commercial opportunities. Even in complex negotiations, you never lose sight of the common goal.

Proactive account management: You actively think along about optimising webshops and help customers improve their results with Trusted Shops products.

Recognising & exploiting opportunities: You analyse customers' needs, identify growth opportunities and convert these into strategic proposals.

Collaborate with Customer Success: You will work closely with the Customer Success Manager to ensure that customers make the best use of our services.

Managing the Tech-Touch portfolio: You will be responsible for a specific group of customers with an automated service approach and adapt your strategy accordingly.
