Account Executive
Trusted Shops, based in Amsterdam, is looking for an Account Executive to play a crucial role in making online shopping safer. In this strategic role, you will be responsible for advising online shops on the importance of online trust and how our SaaS solutions, including our review platform and Trustmark, can help them strengthen their brand and increase customer loyalty.
As the face of the company, you will take full ownership of the sales process. You have proven experience in B2B sales and are able to contribute ideas on how to further develop and position our services. Your in-depth market knowledge and technical expertise enable you to provide customised solutions that enhance the online shopping experience of thousands of consumers
Your responsibilities:
- Taking full ownership of the sales process, from cold calling to closing the deal.
- Advising customers and presenting our products and services in a way that highlights the added value for the customer.
- Drafting strategic bids and contracts, knowing how to translate complex customer needs into appropriate solutions.
- Proactively collaborate with internal teams and management to optimise sales strategies
