As a Senior System Administrator (f/m/d) at Trusted Shops, you will be part of our Platform Operations department, which is responsible for systems such as Zuora, Salesforce, HubSpot etc. We are currently looking for a new colleague to take over this role for our central subscription management solution (Zuora).
In this role, you will not only be essential in ensuring that Zuora runs smoothly, but you will also be looking for ways to continue improving our system's efficiency, enable major strategic projects to be implemented and mid-term initiatives such as IPO-readiness to be tackled.

Your Tasks

You will be actively involved in implementing strategic projects, helping to shape the future of our company and system landscape

You will focus on solving issues within the Zuora system and be a go-to-technical-expert.

You will implement a variety of technical requests, from small process adjustments and bug fixing to implementing completely new features and processes. All while working closely within your team of system administrators.

You are encouraged to take over responsibility as quickly as possible with the chance to proactively drive technical improvements and system enhancements.
What could your working day look like?

Attend a 15-min daily meeting with your team to review the progress of the current sprint in the Scrum board in Jira

Work independently on solving a sprint work item about bulk updating Invoice fields using Postman

Test a new workflow built by your colleague before it is rolled out

Do a brainstorming session with your colleagues on how to set up a new process e.g. using the platform's programming language in our workflow tool and/or callouts to other systems

Review recent process failures and technical errors to ensure system stability and performance and dive into trouble shooting them after alignment with the system owner

Participate in your team's refinement meeting to discuss and estimate upcoming feature requests based on the prioritization of the system owner.

Document a newly released process and related changes to the data model in Confluence.
