(Senior) Project Manager SaaS (f/m/d)

To expand our Product Operations Unit we are looking for a 

(Senior) Project Manager SaaS (f/m/d) 

(Hybrid in Cologne or remote in Germany/ Full-time/ Permanent contract) 

Your tasks  

• Product Management - Analysis, planning, implementation and management of cross-functional/cross-team projects and initiatives within the Product Roadmap  

• Project Completion - Responsibility for successful project completion with the goal of creating the greatest possible benefit for all internal and external users  

• Stakeholder Collaboration - Work with a variety of national and international stakeholders to determine how the project can be integrated into the existing processes as well as product and tech landscape  

• Change Advocacy – Make your colleagues advocates of your projects and ensure that the organization is ready for the change  

• Transparency Management – Documentation, communication, and transparency throughout the company  

• Success Monitoring – Sustainable success through project monitoring that is aligned with the company’s goals 

Your profile   

• A successfully completed degree in a relevant field (e.g. Business Studies) or a comparable qualification 

• 5+ years of professional experience managing complex, strategic projects or change processes, preferably in the SaaS / e-Commerce industry,  combined ith experience leading cross-functional teams and managing multiple stakeholders 

• Experience with project management tools (e.g. JIRA, Asana, MS Projects) as well as a knowledge of methods and best practices on how to successfully manage complex, strategic projects in a structured way 

• Proactive, solution/result-oriented, self-sufficient and communicative hands-on personality with a strong organisational talent, a structured way of working and confident interaction with cross-functional stakeholders up to C-level    

• Professional fluent English is a must, knowledge of German is an advantage
