Global Partner Managers Lead to develop and expand our web agency partnership program, generating a steady stream of inbound sales leads and driving substantial new sales Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR).
As the Global Partner Managers Lead, your primary goal is to increase new sales ARR through web agency partnerships. You will lead and inspire a team of Local Agencies Partnership Managers, establish a global partnership framework, and ensure operational excellence to optimize referral generation and lead conversion.
Your Responsibilities:

Develop & Scale Global Partnerships
• Define and execute a global partnership strategy that drives substantial sales ARR growth.
• Identify, recruit, and manage strategic web agency partners to ensure a consistent pipeline of high-quality leads.
• Negotiate partnership agreements that provide clear value and align with revenue objectives.
2. Lead & Develop a High-Performing Team
• Manage, mentor, and develop a team of Local Agencies Partnership Managers, ensuring operational excellence in local markets.
• Set clear KPIs and drive accountability for achieving lead generation and revenue targets.
3. Drive Lead Generation & Revenue Growth
• Implement structured programs and incentives to boost agency-driven referrals.
• Ensure seamless lead qualification and conversion by aligning closely with Sales teams.
• Monitor and optimize lead pipelines, ensuring high conversion rates and ARR impact.
4. Enable, Train & Engage Web Agency Partners
• Develop and deliver training materials, playbooks, and resources to help agencies effectively recommend Trusted Shops.
• Organize webinars, co-marketing campaigns, and knowledge-sharing events to engage and support agency partners.
• Implement feedback loops to ensure continuous improvements based on agency needs.
5. Establish & Optimize a Global Partnership Framework
• Create standardized processes to ensure consistency and efficiency in partnerships across all regions.
• Work with local teams to adapt global strategies to regional market needs while maintaining brand alignment.
