Trusted Shops is evolving into trstd, the Community of Trust, and we’re looking for a data-driven, user-centric Global Head of Website to lead this transformation. Your mission will be to migrate our current platform to trstd.com, making it the go-to destination for qualified leads, freemium sign-ups, customer insights, and community resourcesfor both consumers and businesses.
As the Global Head of Website, you will drive the end-to-end strategy, execution, and optimization of trstd.com. You’ll ensure that HubSpot powers everything—from marketing automation to resource management—while positioning the site as a trusted digital hub featuring references and success stories from our "Customer Advocates." Through these stories, we aim to demonstrate how Trusted Shops solutions solve real-world challenges and generate meaningful impact.
Your Responsibilities:

Strategic website ownership
• Define and implement the global trstd.com strategy, aligning with business
goals around lead generation, membership growth, and brand awareness.
• Oversee the migration from trustedshops.com to trstd.com, ensuring minimal
disruptions.
• Collaborate closely with Marketing, Sales, Product, and Customer Success to
integrate cross-functional needs.
2. HubSpot-centric development & automation
• Lead the development and optimization of trstd.com on HubSpot, ensuring
site performance, user experience, and marketing automation run seamlessly.
• Establish UX/UI best practices, employing A/B testing and continuous
iteration to boost conversions.
• Integrate CRM tools, analytics, and automation workflows to deliver real-time
insights and personalized experiences.
3. Conversion optimization & Lead Generation
• Craft data-driven funnels and lead-capture mechanisms that drive high-quality
leads to the inside sales team.
• Implement and refine A/B testing, landing pages, and sign-up flows for
freemium membership.
• Align with Sales to ensure fast and effective follow-up on inbound leads.
4. Content & customer advocacy hub
• Curate and publish high-value resources and success stories from "Customer
Advocates," showcasing how Trusted Shops addresses real challenges and
drives impactful results.
• Develop engaging consumer protection content and business-focused
guides on trust-building, customer retention, and revenue growth.
• Ensure content upholds the site’s brand messaging and the Community of
Trust’s core values.
5. Performance tracking & continuous improvement
• Define and monitor KPIs (lead volume, sign-ups, engagement, conversions,
SEO rankings) and report insights regularly.
• Analyze user behavior to optimize site navigation, content placement, and
overall user journey.
6. Team leadership & collaboration
• Build and manage a cross-functional team (designers, developers, content creators) dedicated to website excellence.
