People Generalist PL

Then you are just the right fit for our local team in Warsaw as the People Generalist to support growth of Trusted Shops business - the European market leader for trust solutions in e-commerce. Headquartered In Cologne, we are a fast-growing and profitable SaaS company operating in a dozen European countries with over 800 employees.

As a People Generalist, you will be responsible for:

• Cooperation with local and international management – advising and supporting team management cases. You will also ensure effective communication within the Polish Team

• Handling and improving HR operations - the efficient handling of all People operations and their ongoing improvement as part of a regular exchange with the People department at the company’s headquarters in Cologne

• Supporting local team – your role is to be the initial point of contact for members of the Team in the Warsaw office for any questions relating to HR e.g. labor law, social security, and tax questions. You will have the support of an external payroll provider

• Human resources and administrative services - Overall administrative and personnel services management, maintenance of employee records – employment contracts and civil contracts, preparing payroll data for external providers, support IT and office management topics locally. You will also coordinate basic office management topics and team events organization

• HR projects – being part of HR projects from many areas like labor law, HRIS, leadership, and many more!

• A successfully completed university degree or vocational training program, ideally with a key focus on Human Resources
• At least two years of professional experience in a comparable position
• Good knowledge of Polish labor law
• A real hands-on mentality and sense of initiative
• Excellent Polish and English skills – your Manager will speak English and your Team speak mostly Polish
