As a working student (f/m/d) in the AI Solutions department at Trusted Shops, you will gain valuable experience in the field of artificial intelligence and gain insights into innovative technologies in a dynamic and international environment. There are a wide range of opportunities and a high degree of creative freedom to contribute your own ideas and work on exciting projects.

Your tasks

• Analysis & Monitoring of AI solutions - You analyze the performance of various AI solutions (e.g. chatbots, automations, classifications) and derive potential for improvement from this.

• Prompt Engineering & Ground Truth Testing - You test and evaluate Large Language Models (LLMs) using real use cases (ground truth) and optimize prompts to improve the results.

• Stakeholder Feedback & Use Case Exploration - You actively gather feedback from stakeholders, analyze their requirements and translate them into technical improvement approaches or new ideas.

• AI trend & Competition Monitoring - You regularly research which AI features competitors are using and monitor international trends, new tools or developments in the field of AI.

• Documentation & Enablement - You document results, prepare content for stakeholders and internal training courses and help to make knowledge about AI accessible within the company.

• You have at least 4 semesters ahead of you - a technical degree such as computer science, data science or business informatics is an advantage, but not a must.

• You have a good technical understanding and a keen interest in AI topics, especially around large language models, prompt engineering and use case development.

• You work in a structured, analytical and independent manner - complex problems don't scare you, they motivate you.

• Initial practical experience in the areas of AI, data analysis or automation - through university projects, internships or private initiatives - is a plus, but not a must.

• Very good German and English skills are a must.
