We are seeking a talented Workday System Specialist (f/m/d) to join our People Systems Team, a key part of our People Operations Department. In this exciting role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and optimizing our Workday solutions, driving innovation to improve our people processes and support operational excellence across the business.
What your role's responsibilities will be:

Leverage Your Expertise: Serve as the go-to expert for HCM Setup, Security, and ideally Absence & Time Tracking, ensuring seamless Implementation and Configuration.

Support the Team and Product Owner: Act as a key back-up and substitution (during absence) for the Workday Product Owner, assisting in strategic and operational Projects such as Time Tracking, and helping to drive successful outcomes.

Provide Clear Guidance: Collaborate with the Team to enhance the current setup, offering direction and support to improve Processes and overall System Performance.

Act as a Consultant and Implementation Partner: Be the trusted advisor for key strategic People Projects in Workday, understanding Business needs and Process Requirements, and leading the Implementation and Configuration to align with Company Goals.

Deliver Hands-On Technical Support: Resolve user issues with your technical expertise, ensuring efficient and effective solutions to keep operations running smoothly.

Develop and Execute Test Plans: Create thorough test plans and maintain detailed Documentation of System Configurations, Processes, and Integrations to ensure quality and Compliance.

Start your day by setting up your remote workspace or adjusting your desk at the office.

Collaborate with your Team to brainstorm on and implement solutions for ad-hoc user issues, change requests, system enhancements

Dive into the Workday Community and our test tenant to prepare for the development of new features.

Work closely with Colleagues from the People Unit and potentially additional stakeholders e.g. from Finance and other Departments to ensure seamless functionality.
