To strengthen our AI Solutions Team, we are looking for a
Technical Project Manager (m/f/d)
(Hybrid in Cologne or Berlin / Full-time / Permanent contract)
Trusted Shops is expanding the use of AI and agentic systems across its operational business processes. As Technical Project Manager, you will be the central coordination point between business stakeholders and AI Engineering, helping teams deliver and operate AI-powered solutions effectively. You will ensure that responsibilities, requirements, decisions, risks and dependencies remain clear and transparent throughout the lifecycle of each solution.
Your Responsibilities

Coordinate AI solution delivery across business teams, AI Engineers, external partners and supporting functions including Privacy, Legal and Compliance.

Organise workshops, planning sessions, reviews and decision meetings, and follow up consistently on actions, stakeholder contributions and unresolved questions.

Facilitate the collection and documentation of business requirements, process knowledge, rules, exceptions and acceptance criteria, identifying missing or contradictory information before it blocks implementation.

Maintain project plans, delivery backlogs, action trackers, decision logs and risk and dependency registers, ensuring that scope, ownership, milestones and status remain transparent.

Coordinate governance and lifecycle documentation, including EU AI Act documentation and risk-assessment activities, with the responsible business, technical and governance stakeholders.

Support go-live readiness and continuous improvement by coordinating operational handovers, stakeholder feedback, change requests, incidents, evaluation findings and agreed optimisation measures.
