This position is based in Germany. With, at least, a travel to the office in Cologne / Köln once per quarter.

The Team Lead product marketing, is responsible for managing and mentoring a team of product marketers, as well as developing and executing comprehensive product/feature marketing plans which will educate our customers, boost product adoption, and ultimately customer retention.
This position will be building a bridge between Marketing, Product and our Commercial teams, and is an essential part of elevating the overall impact of marketing in the future. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for helping our customers be successful with Trusted Shops solutions.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead, develop and mentor a blended team of customer-centric marketers, setting high standards of excellence in quality, performance, mindset.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product management, sales, technical support, and other marketing teams to align product messaging and positioning with business objectives.

Collaborate with the Enablement, Implementation, and Product teams to create and keep up-to-date sales enablement materials, including sales presentations, battle cards, and product demos, to empower the sales team to effectively sell our solutions.

Build the bridge between Product and Marketing to support product adoption and customer retention. This includes ongoing data analysis and measurement of success (feature adoption, and marketing campaign performance).

Define the playbook for customer communication and automation of customer journeys, and ensure consistent, compelling customer information (newsletters, control center notifications, mailings...).
