Talent Acquisition Partner - France (f/m/d)

Now, we are looking for a passionate Talent Acquisition Partner for our commercial hiring functionality. In this role, you are the vital link between our European-wide commercial growth ambitions and executional excellence on the ground. You will own the entire French commercial hiring strategy, serving as the ultimate process expert who manages up to influence stakeholders and ensures that predictable, quality hiring outcomes are delivered in a highly competitive market. 

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES 

• End-to-end responsibility for recruiting Commercial roles in France and Globally in the SaaS environment – from requirements analysis to offer stage 

• Building and maintaining a strong commercial talent pipeline through active sourcing across relevant platforms, networks, and communities 

• Working closely with hiring managers to define role requirements and ensure an excellent candidate experience 

• Analyzing recruitment data and KPIs to continuously improve our processes and develop actionable recommendations 

• Contributing to cross-team talent acquisition initiatives and strategic projects 

• Several years of experience in recruiting for commercial roles – ideally within SaaS or e-commerce environments 

• Strong expertise in active sourcing, talent engagement, and building and managing long-term talent pipelines 

• Confident user of modern ATS and sourcing tools such as Recruitee and LinkedIn Recruiter, 

• French native or at least C1 level and fluent in English (business level), Dutch business level is a plus
