Your duties

As Talent Acquisition Partner (f/m/d) you are responsible for end-to-end recruitment strategies, including requirements analysis, job posting and supporting the candidate journey for individual contributor roles as well as management roles (non-executive) for our commercial teams in the DACH-market. In your role you ensure high quality pipelines for teams such as Sales New Business, Customer Success and Account Management that are aligned with business needs and the talent market while building strong partnerships with hiring managers, advise on best practices for attracting commercial talent within SaaS business, and contribute to impactful initiatives. Furthermore you will be managing service providers and contribute to employer branding and talent attraction projects.

Your passion is about being a:

  • Recruiting Expert: A varied role in which you will attract commercial talents via different channels, conduct interviews and guide all future Trustees through the entire application process.

  • Sourcing Guru: Build strong commercial talent pipelines by utilizing a variety of platforms and networks to identify and approach relevant candidates.

  • Stakeholder Enthusiast: Collaborate closely with our Hiring Managers to uncover the exact requirements and qualifications for our positions. As a sparring partner you enable them to always keep the best possible candidate experience in mind during the process

  • Team Player: Work together with other Talent Acquisition Partners in an international environment and foster a great team atmosphere by proactively contributing to our Talent Acquisition Team.

Your profile

  • Experienced Talent Acquisition Partner (f/m/d) in hiring customer-facing commercial roles with a focus on SaaS-business

  • Proven experience in active sourcing and building strong talent pipelines and pools

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills in dealing with candidates and internal stakeholders

  • Profund experience in the use of application management systems

  • Fluency in German and English

As a People Business Partner at Trusted Shops, I experience an incredibly varied work environment with constantly new tasks that challenge me and are fun at the same time. In addition to our Tech Unit, which I support intensively and develop further together with the managers in the unit, last year, for example, I supported the founding of our Italian branch from the HR side. The Spanish market also plays a role in my day-to-day work – so the internationality is not only reflected in our customer portfolio, but also in everyday life in the People Department.
