As Talent Acquisition Partner (f/m/d) you are responsible for end-to-end recruitment strategies, including requirements analysis, job posting and supporting the candidate journey for individual contributor roles as well as management roles (non-executive) for our commercial teams in the DACH-market. In your role you ensure high quality pipelines for teams such as Sales New Business, Customer Success and Account Management that are aligned with business needs and the talent market while building strong partnerships with hiring managers, advise on best practices for attracting commercial talent within SaaS business, and contribute to impactful initiatives. Furthermore you will be managing service providers and contribute to employer branding and talent attraction projects.
