The Product Operations team ensures excellent operations, optimizes processes, and increases efficiency and transparency within our product development department.  

With you, we are looking for a motivated Senior Project Manager (f/m/d) who can steer successful project implementation from start to finish.

Please note, this is a Germany based position. 

• Product Management - You analyze, plan, implement and manage cross-functional/cross-team projects and initiatives within the Product Roadmap

• Project Completion - You are responsible for successful project completion with the goal of creating the greatest possible benefit for all internal and external users. 

• Stakeholder Collaboration - You work with a variety of international and cross-functional/cross-team stakeholders to determine how the project can be integrated into the existing processes and product and tech landscape. 

• Change Advocacy – You make your colleagues advocates of your projects and ensure that the organization is ready for the change. 

• Transparency Management – You ensure the best possible documentation, communication, and transparency throughout the company.

• Success Monitoring – You ensure sustainable success through project monitoring that is aligned with the company’s goals. 

• A successfully completed degree in a relevant field (e.g. Business Studies) or a comparable qualification. 

• 5+ years of experience managing complex, strategic projects or change processes, preferably in the SaaS / e-Commerce industry. 

• Exceptional project management skills with experience leading cross-functional teams and managing multiple stakeholders, combined with outstanding initiative, commitment, results orientation, and excellent analytical and conceptual abilities.

• Experience with project management tools (e.g. JIRA, Asana, MS Projects) as well as a knowledge of methods and best practices on how to successfully manage complex, strategic projects in a structured way.  

• Fluent English (both written and spoken) is a must, knowledge of German is a big advantage.
