Home of our product development is the Products & Engineering department, which consists of 15 cross-functional product teams across 3 product domains, working in an agile environment. 

Now, we’re opening a new chapter: With a new product team we will build one of the core pillars of the Community of Trust. For this we are looking for a Senior Product Manager (f/m/d), who thrives in a creative, fast-changing environment, is not afraid of bold bets, and is excited to shape the future of Trusted Shops.

Your Key Responsibilities as Senior Product Manager (f/m/d):

• Create something new: You will be responsible for defining, building, and launching a core product – with direct and lasting impact. You will take early foundations and guide them into a clear, scalable product. 

• Growth mindset at heart: You are motivated by growth, not by preserving the status quo. You use data, insights, and bold decision-making to create momentum and scale. 

• Customer-centric foundation: You continuously seek out and amplify the voice of our customer, ensuring user needs remain central to every decision. 

• Collaborate to amplify impact: Together with other Product Managers, engineers, designers, and business stakeholders, you will shape not only your product but also the future direction of the entire product portfolio. 

• Strategic alignment: You ensure strong collaboration with the Group Product Manager and C-Level leadership, balancing visionary direction with pragmatic execution.

• Proven experience as a Product Manager (senior level) with responsibility for launching new products or business-critical features. 

• A builder’s mindset: you’re not just iterating – you’ve shown you can take a product from zero to one, or from concept to market launch. 

• Comfort with ambiguity and change: you thrive in environments where not everything is defined yet. 

• Strong strategic thinking, combined with the ability to execute and deliver value step by step. 

• A growth mindset: curiosity, resilience, and the courage to challenge the status quo. 

• Excellent communication skills in English (German is a plus), and stakeholder management skills in a cross-functional, international environment. 

• You stay focused on the big goals, and go the extra mile to bring everyone there 

• You drive good decisions, also through assisting others to reach one
