As a Junior Conversion Manager, you work together with the Consumer Membership Team, a team of marketeers and engineers to grow the buyer protection business at Trusted Shops. You execute measures with another experienced Conversion Manager, an Email Marketeer, an UX colleague, our engineers and our product manager to retain our Buyer Protection PLUS members as a focus area of your job.
As a Junior Conversion Manager, you will drive revenue growth by optimizing conversion rates in B2C customer journeys through data-driven experiments and measures.
Within six months, you'll enhance interaction rates, reduce churn, and increase subscription revenue by independently setting up and executing conversion optimization initiatives.
By the end of your first year, you’ll have identified key growth opportunities, conducted consumer research, developed and executed A/B tests, and leveraged data analysis to make informed decisions—ultimately generating a considerable business impact.

Optimize Conversions – Independently set up, execute and analyze conversion optimization measures to improve key business metrics through data-driven decision making as well as optimization through compelling, audience-centric copywriting.

Consumer Research & Insights – Collaborate with UX designers and other team members to analyze customer behavior and uncover actionable insights.

Growth & Customer Journey – Identify opportunities for improvement within customer journeys and implement targeted enhancements to drive growth.

A/B Testing & Experimentation – Develop, prioritize, and test sophisticated hypotheses using industry-standard tools to optimize conversion performance.

Data-Driven Decision-Making – Accurately interpret insights, iterate on successful initiatives, and ensure continuous optimization through structured follow-up processes.
