In Legal Customer Success Management, we make it our mission to proactively identify our customers' needs and optimization potential, support them in implementing them and provide them with the best possible advice. Together with your colleagues, you will ensure the success of 6,000 customers with a sales volume of almost €5 million ARR.
The focus of your daily business as "Customer Success Manager (f/m/d) Legal" is on our warning protection packages. These enable large and small retailers to sell online safely and without fear of warnings. The legal protection of your customer stores is your goal and your motivation - day after day.
Your role
- Proactive portfolio management: You are independently responsible for a defined customer portfolio and look after it, e.g. during onboarding, suggest measures for legal protection or actively offer new products. You know your customers and recognise how you can make their shops more secure. After all, youdon't just want to see your customers happy, you want to successfully protect them against warnings.
- Customer communication: You are the first point of contact for questions and support customers with your knowledge of digital trust solutions via email or our hotline. At the same time, you use their feedback on our products to provide impetus for our product development.
- Recognising potential: You know what goals an online shop is pursuing and what challenges it faces on a daily basis. This is where you come in to place our technologies at the forefront.
