As we grow in the enterprise segment, we’re looking for an ambitious and entrepreneurial Account Executive with a customer-first mindset, strong closing skills, and the ability to build long-term partnerships with some of Europe’s largest companies. 

 

Your Mission 🚀 

As an Account Executive, you will own the entire sales cycle — from building relationships with new prospects to developing existing accounts into long-term partnerships.  

You’ll be responsible for acquiring new enterprise clients, driving retention and upsell within your portfolio, and ensuring maximum value for our customers. By leveraging our Advocacy Program and the trust we’ve built with leading brands, you’ll position Trusted Shops as the go-to partner for building trust in digital commerce. 

 

What You'll Do 

  • Manage the end-to-end sales process: prospecting, discovery, value demonstration, proposal, negotiation, and closing 

  • Achieve and exceed your new business target  

  • Manage and grow an existing portfolio, driving retention, renewals, and upsells 

  • Conduct Kick Off for new projects and drive Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) and ensure high customer satisfaction 

  • Engage with stakeholders across hierarchies — from C-level executives to operational leads — in areas such as Brand, Customer Experience, Digital, Marketing, CRM, and eCommerce 

  • Leverage our Advocacy Program (customer testimonials, case studies, reference clients) to build immediate trust and relevance 

  • Collaborate with Customer Success, Solutions Design, Marketing and SDR to maximize pipeline quality and customer lifetime value

  • Maintain a healthy, accurate pipeline in Salesforce and deliver reliable forecasts 

Your profile

  • Proven track record in closing enterprise-level deals in SaaS, digital solutions, or services 

  • Experience in managing large client portfolios, with a focus on retention and upsell 

  • Strong consultative selling skills: you ask the right questions, uncover pain points, and build value-driven proposals 

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills in German and English. French is a plus.  

  • Willingness to travel at least once per month e.g. for onsite-workshops with your clients

  • A customer-centric mindset combined with the ability to navigate complex organizations and decision-making structures 

  • High degree of ownership and resilience — you thrive in a performance-driven environment 

  • Familiarity with Salesforce, Dealfront, HubSpot or similar CRM/sales tools is a plus
