We are looking for a communicative and positive colleague who combines a broad knowledge of web technologies with a strong customer orientation. As a 2nd Level Product Support (m/f/div.), you will be one of our product experts and will do everything you can to ensure that our customers optimally integrate the Trusted Shops trust functions into their online shops. In cooperation with our account managers, you will be the interface between customers, our agile product development and external partners.

You will ensure that our customers have optimally integrated all Trusted Shops functions into their online shops in order to experience the maximum benefit.

You answer technical customer inquiries about the integration of the Trusted Shops trust solutions into a wide variety of shop systems (e.g. Magento, Shopware) by phone and e-mail (2nd level)

If we do not offer a ready-made module for a shop system, you will develop your own integrations of the Trusted Shops functions

As a multiplier, you will pass on your know-how about our products and their possible applications internally

Occasionally, as a technical consultant, you will support our account managers and sales colleagues during online appointments with customers or potential customers.

You will participate on internal projects such as development of internal tools for the technical support
