To expand our Product Support Unit, we are looking for a
1st Level Product Support (f/m/d) - Fluent in Dutch
(Hybrid in Cologne or remote in Germany/ full-time/ permanent contract in Germany)
Your tasks

You will become one of our product experts and do everything to ensure that our customers integrate the Trusted Shops functions as fast as possible into their online shops (in cooperation with the Customer Success Management or the 2nd Level Product Support)

Be in direct contact with our customers either by email, video call, or telephone and answer their technical queries, for example concerning the functionality and integration of Trusted Shops products in a wide range of shop software systems in English and Dutch

You will advise our customers by providing simple source code modifications: for example, support them in displaying the Trustbadge (widget) at the desired position in their online shop

Occasionally, you will assist our customers when taking their first steps on the Trusted Shops platform and explain to them the available functions
