Now, we are looking for a passionate Talent Acquisition Team Leader for our commercial hiring functionality. In this role, you are the vital link between our European-wide commercial growth ambitions and executional excellence on the ground. You will provide professional and disciplinary leadership to a team of International Talent Acquisition Partners across Europe, ensuring high quality and measurable results. Simultaneously, you will own the entire Benelux commercial hiring strategy, serving as the ultimate process expert who manages to influence stakeholders and ensures that predictable, quality hiring outcomes are delivered in a highly competitive market.
Your missions:

Team Leadership & Development - lead and develop the international Commercial Talent Acquisition team across Europe in line with performance standards and growth objectives

Provide leadership to an international Commercial TA team - building trust, setting clear goals, driving motivation and development, ensuring consistent quality standards, and acting as the primary expert and support for all team members while coordinating daily operations and cross-team alignment

Quality & Process Governance – establish and maintain recruitment quality standards, ensuring alignment across Talent Acquisition

Benelux Market Ownership – be the dedicated Talent Acquisition Expert and drive all end-to-end recruitment activities for commercial roles in the Benelux region

Stakeholder Management – influence and steer Hiring Managers, ensuring process adherence and objective, performance-based decision-making

Pipeline & Market Strategy – build and maintain competitive talent pipelines tailored to Sales, AM, and CSM hiring needs
