You empower a high-performing team and foster a culture of continuous learning among AM Team Leads for lasting impact
Using a Train-the-Trainer approach, you will equip Team Leads with the right tools, methodologies, and best practices to secure customers renewals and to maximize upselling opportunities.
Revenue enablement drives business growth by improving renewal rates, upsell revenue, and customer retention while seamlessly integrating into daily workflows through coaching and data-driven resources.

Create business impact – your training programs align with revenue company goals to maximize our customer retention strategies.

Enablement Strategy & Execution – you will ensure the Account Managers TL’s will coach effectively their teams to improve the customer retention rate and retention.

Content Development & Delivery – you Create and deliver effective, engaging training that's easy to access and improves the Account Management team's skills

Collaboration & Stakeholder Management – you work closely with department such as Sales, CSM, Product, and Marketing and present enablement impact and recommendations to C-Levels

Project Management – you lead and execute key enablement projects to equip your Revenue Enablement Team for Account Management with the tools, skills, and resources to successfully implement and scale revenue enablement initiatives.
