Product Manager – Scalable Business Platform (m/f/d)

To strengthen our Platform Operations department in the Booking-to-Order area, we are looking for a

Product Manager – Scalable Business Platform (m/f/d) 

(Hybrid in Cologne or remote within Germany | Full-time | Permanent contract)

Your Responsibilities 

• Own the Booking-To-Order process as well as other core business processes and drive the growth of our scalable business platform 

• Provide functional leadership for a cross-functional team of Salesforce administrators and developers, as well as full-stack developers, in close collaboration with the Engineering Manager 

• Collaborate closely with other Tech and Operations teams to establish the most reliable and standardized processes, building the foundation of our central business processes.  

• Advocate for and continuously improve the platform, always guided by a holistic view of the organization and its processes 

Your Profile 

• Degree in Business, IT, or equivalent professional experience 

• Several years of experience as (Senior) Product Owner or functional leadership of projects or teams in a tech-driven environment 

• Experience with CRM and CPQ systems, ideally Salesforce and Zuora 

• Solid technical understanding, especially around system integrations as well as process and data modelling 

• Proven ability of managing diverse stakeholders and complex cross-functional implementation projects  

• Strong knowledge of agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and tools like Jira & Confluence 

• A solution-oriented, collaborative, and communicative hands-on personality with strong organizational skills, a structured approach and the courage to make prioritization decisions 

• Fluent in German and English
