Your duties

Our Recruiting Team Tech & Corporate Functions is responsible for all matters relating to recruitment in the areas of Tech, Product, HR, Marketing, Finance, Legal and more. Our range of tasks extends from job advertisements, actively approaching candidates, sifting through application documents and conducting interviews to signing contracts. If your heart also beats for recruiting and you would like to gain a broad insight into HR practice, we look forward to receiving your application.

You work closely with our recruiters and support them in their daily business.
You check the completeness of application documents and support the screening of candidates.
You are responsible for contacting qualified candidates by phone and scheduling appointments.
You keep track of our applicant communication.
You document, update and internationalise the recruiting knowledge within our knowledge management system.
You are actively involved in recruiting projects (e.g. evaluation of recruiting channels).

Your profile

You are a student in an economics/psychology degree programme or a comparable field of study - and will be for at least another 12 months
Initial work experience in the HR area through student traineeships or internships is an advantage.
You are willing to use and further develop your already good communication skills in telephone and personal conversations.
You would like to learn more about recruiting and applicant management.
You enjoy working independently and in a structured manner.
You are proficient in MS Office.
You are business fluent in German and at least fluent in English. Other language skills are an advantage, but not a must.
You are looking for a working student job for 20 hours per week.

The Spanish market also plays a role in my day-to-day work – so the internationality is not only reflected in our customer portfolio, but also in everyday life in the People Department.
