Working Student (f/m/d) Legal Tech

Trusted Shops was founded in 1999 and is now the leading provider of trust solutions on the internet. In cooperation with the law firm FÖHLISCH Rechtsanwälte (www.foehlisch.com), the Legal Services business unit has been offering innovative legal tech products such as the Trusted Shops legal copywriter and highly specialised individual advice on e-commerce law since 2014. Online retailers can create legally compliant texts for various platforms and target market combinations, protect themselves against warning letters with our warning letter protection packages (www.abmahnschutz.com) and receive advice on all legal issues relating to e-commerce.

• Entering content into the legal text system
• Entering multilingual, legal and technical content into the wiki
• Regular, comprehensive testing of the legal text system
• Manual creation of legal texts
• Managing JIRA tickets
• Support in the maintenance of our knowledge management
• Later: Collaboration on the conception and implementation of question structure in the legal text backend

• You are studying for at least one more year (degree programmes such as legal linguistics and business law are an advantage)
• Through your studies you already have experience with self-organised work, structuring complex issues and an eye for detail
• You are interested in legal topics and have a basic understanding of the law
• You enjoy working with spreadsheets and don't lose track of things
• You work thoroughly and conscientiously and have a quick grasp of things and can quickly visualise linguistic differences
• You think along with others and like to think outside the box
• You are no stranger to strong communication skills, commitment and a willingness to work in a team
• You have very good German and good English and MS Office skills (other foreign languages such as Dutch, Spanish, Italian, Polish and French are a great advantage)
