Do you enjoy Compensation & Analytics topics and are you enthusiastic about benchmarks, market data and systems? Do you enjoy working on your own initiative, analytical thinking and have a structured way of working? Then we look forward to receiving your application. With us you have the opportunity to gain exciting insights into our Compensation & Analytics team with 20 hours per week. Taking over benchmark requests as well as supporting the roll-out of strategic projects, and the expansion of our Compensation & Analytics Framework are just three of the many challenges we have in store for you and in which you can participate.


  • Support in the conception, implementation, maintenance and control of Compensation and Analytics projects in the international context of Trusted Shops
  • Reviewing and staying up-to-date with internal benefits offering as well as market offerings
  • Support in the provision of information and analyses
  • Support in the optimisation of the compensation modules and functions of our HRIS "Workday" (optimisation of processes, testing of innovations)
  • Participation in market surveys for compensation benchmarks
  • Taking on own small projects
  • Preparation of communication materials and How To Guides for the People Unit and Trustees

Your profile

  • Enrolled student (f/m/d) of Business Administration, Human Resources or similar studies for at least 1 more year
  • Completed internship(s), favourably in the area of Compensation & Benefits, Analytics, Reporting or HRIS
  • Affinity for numbers and data
  • Independent and structured way of working with an eye for detail
  • Very good communication skills
  • Good MS Office skills
  • Business fluency in English, German is of advantage

People Business Partner

As a People Business Partner at Trusted Shops, I experience an incredibly varied work environment with constantly new tasks that challenge me and are fun at the same time. In addition to our Tech Unit, which I support intensively and develop further together with the managers in the unit, last year, for example, I supported the founding of our Italian branch from the HR side. The Spanish market also plays a role in my day-to-day work – so the internationality is not only reflected in our customer portfolio, but also in everyday life in the People Department. Together with our People colleagues, we are involved in exciting projects ranging from the creation of an internal leadership academy to new concepts around New Work. As you can see, there's something going on here – join in!
